What is possible cause why my pc automatically shutdown when I’m downloading AVG grisoft?
I suspected virus in my PC. I tried to download AVG free anti virus but when I start downloading the software it is automatically shut down. So, I can’t install it.

Try downloading it in safe mode with networking. In safe mode, you have access to only basic files and drivers (mouse, monitor, keyboard, mass storage, base video, default system services, and no network connections). You can choose the Safe Mode with Networking option, which loads all of the above files and drivers and the essential services and drivers to start networking. If doesn’t happen then just install it. Sometimes different types of malware can cause you not to be able to download removal tools. By going into safe mode with networking those programs are disabled and don’t normally run. But it is always best to run your computer regularly in normal mode.
But if you have a wireless keyboard and mouse they will not work in safe mode. Their drivers are disabled.
